What are Flower and Mushroom Essences?

An essence is a remedy made from the flower of a plant or the fruiting body of a mushroom. The medicine will contain the vibrational properties of the plant or mushroom and can be particularly helpful when wanting support on an emotional level. An essence can be used to complement other treatments or can be used as a treatment on its own. Because the medicine in the essence does not effect the physical body, there is no potential for interactions with pharmaceutical medications.
We all need a little help processing our emotions. Adding essences into your life will provide the gentle support needed to be able to face your growth edge with courage and enthusiasm.

How do you use Flower or Mushroom Essences?

There are many practical and magical ways to use a flower or mushroom essence. The most effective way to use an essence is to add 3-7 drops into a water bottle and drink through-out the day. You can also: Take drops directly under the tongue. Add drops to a spray bottle and spray body, home, pets, houseplants/garden, car, work desk, bed, etc. Add to a bath. Add to magical spells. Use them how you are guided, there is no wrong way. A little goes a long way, even a few drops can be very powerful.
I recommend using no more than 10 drops a day, unless guided otherwise by a practitioner or your intuition.

Why is there a limited amount of some products? Can’t you just make more?

My business model is a little different from other online stores you might find. I only make medicine from plants and mushrooms that I personally harvest. I spend all year walking the woods to gather a wide range of medicine. Medicines will only be harvestable for short periods of time and I travel far distances to gather the right medicines during the different seasons. It’s important to me that I harvest medicines in a sustainable way and honor the gifts, which means that some medicines will be limited to only what nature provided for us. As I grow my business, I can seek out medicines that are more popular when I plan my woods walking for next year. Please reach out if you would like more of a specific product to be made!

Who takes your photos? How can I hire them?
