I hand-mined this Raw Smokey Quartz from Spruce Pine, North Carolina. Smokey Quartz is a gentle healing stone and this stone. This stone has been charged with my own unique nurturing and healing energy. I like to use stones in many magical practices and there really is no “wrong” way.
